Can Assist Canola Way was formed in 2025. The Canola Way is situated in the Riverina area of NSW. The Canola Way branch of Can Assist is a small group of people who feel that distance should not stop people from receiving care. The members work hard to ensure we can help lessen the financial burden of cancer for locals.
Areas Serviced: Coolamon, Ganmain, Marrar, Matong, Rannock
Financial Assistance
We understand that families struggle to cope with a reduced income as a result of a cancer diagnosis and that they face increased expenses from travel, accommodation and medical costs.
Our Supporters

- Lilier Lodge
Located in Wagga Wagga, Lilier Lodge provides relaxing and homely accommodation for people undergoing cancer treatment to nearby facilities. They understand the specific needs of cancer patients and their carers.

The challenge concluded on 31 August, but donations close tomorrow at 11:59pm, so there’s still time to show your support.
Our fundraisers across NSW clocked up more than 3,000km together throughout the month — going the distance for country cancer patients. 🛣️
On behalf of our branch, a huge thank you to every fundraiser, donor and member of our community who helped us do the distance this August. 🫶
